Scientific studies have shown that after your 20’s, a kind of “starvation diet” can actually help you live longer.
Now I’m here to tell you that food does some funky stuff and messes with our psychology and even our immortal recorded soul.
I eat when I feel hungry, and I don’t get hungry often. I tend to rely more on liquids, to keep my “physical balance” in check. When I eat foods, simple carbohydrates are good for if you need to immediately do something because that’s what your brain runs on, sugar. Now the downsides, are your teeth can rot if you don’t use proper dental hygiene. Just know that you ALWAYS need carbohydrates to stay intellectually active, and simple ones are the easiest to come by.
Now when it comes to complex carbohydrates, such as brown rice, yams, wheat, these things give us energy for longer. In a modern society, I don’t really feel complex carbohydrates to be as important, because they come with “filler”, things such as starch, and these things can hold natural temporal forces and allow the universe to manipulate your mind if you eat them enough.
I always like eating protein, and seafood protein like shrimp is a lot healthier than red meat, like beef. Steak can be very filing and if you’re in an athletic field of work you may need to consider increasing your protein sources, because they will give your muscles that energy to flex, and react, and move.
Fats are kind of last resort, but they can do things for women getting their physique in shape, and may increase skin hydration, but they often interact with the cardiovascular systems that keep us alive, all too often, so I would be careful about consuming food with a high fat gram count.
That being said, polyunsaturated fats, can be healthy for those in the more athletic fields of work, but for normal people, I don’t believe fats tend to give us the intellectual spark we need to focus as a symbiote.
There are other food groups such as alcohol, but they should be avoided.
Now fruits, these get in you and out of you quickly. Vegetables linger around. Which could be a bad thing, spiritually, or it could be a good thing. Meat fades us. It makes us numb to the Word. Fungus, is kind of a alien element. Metals can be eaten, as well.
All I want you to do is take heed because food becomes who we are, to the soul. Everything gets processed by the organs and transmissions send out of your cardiovascular and central nervous systems, and there you have it.
Garbage in, garbage out.
If you have a specific task or goal you are working to achieve, a change in diet could be the most important thing you do to yourself.
