So, on June 23-25 2012, WTOK TV and WLOX TV in South Mississippi reported that I, Byron Charles Miller, threatned to kill a 17-year-old-girl and her parents in posts on Facebook.
Lies.
First, let me tell you I spent the past week trying to call all the lawyers locally here in Biloxi and Gulfport, MS, as well as the “civil attorneys” in Jackson, MS (my state’s capitol), and these people all know exactly who I am and they all refuse to help me sue or even help me. Even though I can get money, they just say “oh, honey, we don’t do that kind of law here”.
If that’s the case, and the lawyers won’t sue or take cases, then who in the FUCK is anyone supposed to go to when they need help? like comeon!
So what happend, I was on PlentyofFish.com (a dating website), and I used whitepages.com to send a really rude woman her own address in a message via the dating platform’s messaging service. Whitepages.com is a free directory that everyone has access to; we all grew up with the phone book.
What makes this so aliteral is they literally said (verbatim) i threatened to KILL a teenage girl on FACEBOOK. When in reality, there were no death threats, and the messages wern’t even sent on Facebook.
It’s just a shame these media outlets can team up with the police and boost cases to get more viewers and real human lives suffer and go through sacrifice because of this.
They ended up sending Srgt. Donnie Dobbs to arrest me for misdemanor phone harrasment charges, and I refused to come to the door of my home and get arrested. This upset the policeman, and he came back the next day with a SWAT team, kicking in my door over accusation of “Cyberstalking”, for which i was plastered on national news for.
My life and reputation in the community i grew up in has been damaged beyond repair, and I have no hope for a future. I don’t know how this is justafiable.
I ended up doing a year in county jail and on top of everything else, they sicked a german shepard K-9 attack dog on me and used attack commands to rip half my left arm off while I was on suicide watch in the medical unit in the jail.
I plead out to Obstruction of Justice conviction, because the justice system always wins.
How in the hell is this fair and still being covered up and there’s no lawyer around that I can even hire to get a settlement?
