Why don’t we use Neutron bombs? Literal off-switch for adversary soldiers. I figure they can be made microSoft so they barely leave a footprint besides making everyone in the radial fall over, as their host is removed. I mean imagine taking out just one business, one housing complex. Is there a way to develop a nondestructive banhammer that journalists can’t prove? IDK, but probably.
