So the career I’m talking about is Medical Assistant.

Medical assistant positions can have very little work involved, with good pay, coupled with a lot of downtime on the job. But some may be a little more taxing.
As a Medical Assistant myself, I enjoy keeping a Bluetooth earbud in one ear all day, as I find it makes me less approachable and helps my mood.
What I will tell you, is that you should at a MINIMUM, take a HIPPA awareness certification course before applying, because HIPPA is a federal law that applys to all medical employees.

The site I used to get my certification ^above^ was under 100$ if I recall, and then only took a weekend to get certified.
No matter how much they say they can automate this job posititon with AI, there is no way they can do the job of making in-person movements with physical objects and talks with real people happen by AI, so the job is future-proof.
Don’t expect to make a lot. But expect to have a very laid-back time.
Other jobs in Mississippi that don’t require an education are pharmacy technician and dental hygienist.
If you are skilled and knowledgeable, then a degree or certification shouldn’t matter. It’s just a piece of paper. And school is just a psychological classical conditioning program.
Instead of University, which will charge 10,000$ twice a year, with a total of 4 years required at this rate, try doing some online certifications like the one I posted that I did and get yourself a laid back paycheck. You won’t regret it.
Oh yeah, if you would rather work construction (IDK why you would…), this is all you need in Mississippi (an OSHA-10 card):

The program I did for the ^above^ certificate was a few hundred and took the whole weekend, but they sent me a nice physical card, too.
Good luck, ya’ll!
