nursing home

So I’m gonna do something different hear and share a side of me you haven’t seen. I am TERRIFFIED of the future. When my parents die, i have 2 siblings that will fight over inheritance (money, an office building, a house). But I am disabled so I don’t have the means to work so I don’t want to be homeless. This applys to everyone.

FOCUS on the relationships in your life, and water them like some good 420. Because those are the people that will be with you in the end. Not your mom, your dad, your cousins, your siblings, maybe not even your children. People will leave you. You need to solidify a solid plan for the future so you can live as long as possible.

Even if you have inheritance, that house will cost you thousands of dollars a year in property tax. After all the costs of living and maintaining a home, if you can’t come up with the property tax, you become homeless.

Now, it’s fucked up out there, and I don’t know everyone’s situations. But if you have a good job, definitely keep a massive amount of savings in your account, and if your a homebody, well water those relationships and make deals about getting in family member’s wills and inheritance. Start planning with your friends.

Because if you don’t act now, there won’t be a tomorrow.
